All athletes in the RTP need to provide accurate whereabouts information every three months.<\/p><p class=\"pb-2\">Athletes should use span\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a class=\"text-red-800\" style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/adams.wada-ama.org\/adams\/login.do?prompt=true&amp;nopopup=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anti-Doping Administration Management System (ADAMS)<\/a><\/span>\u00a0to update their whereabouts information. This information must include home address, email address, phone number, work schedule, training venues and training schedule. In addition they must also provide overnight accommodation addresses and competition schedules. ADAMS can and should be used even while travelling or for unplanned emergencies. It will help DCOs find them on any given day.<\/p><p class=\"pb-2\">Provide clear instructions to be easily located. If you live in a rural area, DCOs may need guidance to find you. Fill this in the \u2018Additional information\u2019 section on ADAMS. When in competition, always include the competition name and location clearly.<\/p><p class=\"pb-2\">ADAMS also has an SMS service (provided you enter your phone number on your profile) to help update information. Athletes can save the SMS number provided on their website and use it accordingly. Three whereabouts non-compliances \u2014 failure to inform accurately or missed tests \u2014 may be considered an anti-doping violation and result in sanctions. There are two ways to be served a whereabouts non-compliance.<\/p><p><strong>Filing Failure<br \/><\/strong>Whereabouts must be submitted to NADA by the deadline date. The filing is considered a failure:<\/p><ul class=\"list-decimal pl-4\"><li>If it is not submitted by the deadline.<\/li><li>If it is inaccurate or incomplete.<\/li><li>If it does not include all required information. Eg: it omits to declare a regular activity or location athlete is in, during the quarter.<\/li><li>If an athlete is not found at the listed location when attempted.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Missed Test<br \/><\/strong>Athletes in the RTP will receive a missed test if they are unavailable for testing during the 60 minute window indicated on their Whereabouts. They are accountable for the entire 60 minute slot and must be available. Even if the DCO does not arrive at the beginning of the time slot, athletes must remain available.
