Anti Doping Disciplinary Panel

After being served a notice by NADA India, if the athlete or individual charged, does not waive off their right to a hearing (in accordance with Article 8.3.1 or Article 8.3.2 of NADA Rules 2021), the case is referred to the ADDP for hearing and adjudication.
