Anti Doping Disciplinary Panel
After being served a notice by NADA India, if the athlete or individual charged, does not waive off their right to a hearing under Article 8.3 and 10.8.1 of the Rules, 2021, the case is referred to the Anti Doping Disciplinary Panel (ADDP) for hearing and adjudication.
