Anti Doping Disciplinary Panel
After being served a notice by NADA India, if the athlete or individual charged, does not waive off their right to a hearing (in accordance with Article 8.3.1 or Article 8.3.2 of NADA Rules 2021), the case is referred to the ADDP for hearing and adjudication.

The sanction list does not display any data that is more than 10 years old to maintain the privacy of personal information of athletes.
